The objective that CloudiFacturing pursues is the optimization of production processes and productivity, using simulation and models based on the high performance of the cloud, taking advantage of online data or its own advanced analysis, thus contributing to competitiveness and efficiency in the Use of resources by SMEs. With this, the aim is to finally promote the vision of Industry 4.0 and the circular economy.
CloudiFacturing trains more than 60 European organizations (many of them SMEs manufacturing) and supports more than 20 transnational experiments that will be selected, mainly, through two open calls.
Our role within the CloudiFacturing project is the application of advanced computational calculations to improve our manufacturing process.
